I had placed an order the night before for 10 pizzas 11:30am the next day, but the guy who took my call seemed out of it. It turns out that he never got the order into the system properly. The manager or front counter employee saw nothing in the system, but allowed me to upgrade to available pizzas, and worked super hard to get my order out ASAP. It was important that he was fast, as we were serving pizza to kids at a community center for lunch. Mistakes happen, but you know you're getting good service when the employees work extremely hard to address the problem. Was very happy with the way it was handled.
